How can I return an item I purchased through With This Favor?

U.S. and Canada Orders

With This Favor is proud to carry only top of the line items for our customers. Please inspect your order thoroughly when you receive it to make sure it meets all your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your order, are missing any elements of your order, or would like to return your purchased items for ANY reason, please contact us by email at info@withthisfavor.com within 2 business days of receipt of delivery (as confirmed by the shipping carrier for your order--for example: UPS, FedEx, or USPS). With This Favor will be happy to exchange the item or refund the purchase price (excluding personalized items, edible items, and item numbers that begin with "CC") as long as the item is in it's original condition and packaging. The item MUST be shipped back to the address With This Favor provides. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within 2 weeks of authorization, as shown by UPS or USPS tracking. Unauthorized returns will not be credited.

Please note that With This Favor is not responsible for any costs of return shipment. Please return to the address listed on the packing slip. With This Favor is not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong location. If packages are shipped to our sales location and not to the proper location listed on the packing slip, the costs of shipping to the correct location will be deducted from the refund. We also are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, so please choose a shipper that provides a tracking number for your tracking purposes. Any items that are returned without the approval of With This Favor will not be refunded or returned to the customer. Orders that received free shipping will be credited the total amount minus our costs incurred to ship the order originally.

*With This Favor will not refund, exchange or replace any items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling or for any item that has been used or set out for any event. It is the customer's responsibility to check their order for all contents within 2 business days of receiving their shipment.

International Orders

Due to shipping costs and other circumstances, all sales are final on international orders.
