Step one: Processing time
Non-Personalized Items: 2-3 business days.
Personalized Items (including personalized tags, stickers, and embroidery): 4-5 business days. However, if you order an item with the prefix "KA," these personalized items will take 7-8 business days.
Personalized Glassware: 3-4 weeks.

Step two: Shipping time
In order to serve you most efficiently, we have products that ship from several different warehouses. Please find the item number of the product you are interested in. Use the first 2 letters, or the prefix, to lookup your shipping time below.
Example: The item number of the "Olive You" Olive Tray and Spreader Favor is KA23025WT. Use the prefix "KA" to lookup your shipping time below.
* It is the customer's responsibility to provide the date they need their order by in the comments section when ordering if the customer is unsure their order will arrive in time. All processing, personalization and shipping time frames listed above are estimates ONLY, and are not a guarantee that an order will arrive in that time frame. A customer can only be guaranteed a specific time frame if he/she selects: either RUSH processing, and/or expedited (not UPS ground) shipping, as well as specifies the exact date the order is needed in the comments section when ordering. The only exclusion to a shipping time frame guarantee is in the event of any worldwide natural disaster such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc. that would delay processing, personalization, or shipping times.
*When ordering, please keep in mind processing time plus shipping time. With This Favor recommends for customers interested in purchasing non-personalized and personalized items to submit their order no less than a month before their event date to ensure their order is received appropriately. For personalized glassware orders, With This Favor recommends for customers to submit their order no less than two months before their event date. It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to these recommendations. With This Favor will not be held responsible for customer's that do not provide themselves enough time to receive their order. All order changes or confirmations (such as quantity or personalization confirmations) must be made by email, not by phone. This enables both the customer and With This Favor to keep accurate records of how the customer wants to proceed. We will not make any changes to a customer's order, nor will we proceed with any order, until the customer confirms by email. We sincerely ask that all customers check their email in a timely manner.
*No orders of any amount (personalized or non-personlized) can be cancelled after 24 hours of submitting the order.
After an order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Additionally, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.
If your product is shipped via UPS, you can find out the status of your order at http://www.ups.com or 1-800-pick-ups.
If your product is shipped via USPS, you can find out the status of your order at http://www.usps.com or 1-800-222-1811.
It is the customer's responsibility (not With This Favor) to leave specific instructions with our shipping carriers (UPS, USPS) on how they want their items delivered (for example, on the front porch, in the office, etc.). Customers will need to contact their shipping carrier once With This Favor sends an email verifying their carrier and that the customer's order has shipped. With This Favor is only responsible for shipping a customer's order to the shipping address that the customer provides at time of check-out.
No orders of any amount (personalized or non-personlized) can be cancelled after 24 hours of submitting the order.
*Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to check their email for any correspondence from With This Favor in a timely manner. With This Favor cannot be held responsible for any delay in shipment due to items and information needing confirmation by the customer, nor by the customer not checking their email in a timely manner. A "timely manner" is defined as the time it takes for your items to be processed and packaged for delivery, as well as shipped. These time frames are found in the "Contacting With This Favor & Ordering Questions" section of With This Favor's policies. Sales Tax will be applied for all orders shipped within the state of North Carolina at the current sales tax rate.

Sorry, no cash or money orders are accepted at this time.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for purchases. When entering your credit card information, please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your card. With This Favor also accept checks. With This Favor will not process a customer's order until payment is received.
**Please note: If the customer pays by debit/credit card or by check, and the customer does not have sufficient funds available (regardless the reason), their order will be immediately cancelled by With This Favor and the order will be refunded. Additionally, any costs incurred by With This Favor because a customer does not have sufficient funds to pay With This Favor will be deducted from the customer's refund.**

All personalization orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double-check order when purchasing personalized items. We are not responsible for orders entered incorrectly by the customer. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. No personalization changes will be accepted after (2) business days of the customer placing the order. Please refer to With This Favor's policy on damaged orders.

Some personalized glassware items have set-up fees due to the precision and time it takes for these items to be manufactured, personalized, and packaged for shipment. Customers will have to acknowledge that EACH item they choose to purchase requires a separate set-up fee. Once the customer clicks on the box that states "Personalized Glassware Fee Acknowledgement: Yes, I understand the set up fee is $38.00," the customer is acknowledging they will be charged separately a set-up fee for EACH personalized glassware item he or she purchases.
**Please note: In the event there is a technical glitch, and the customer is not charged in full for his or her set-up fees, the customer is still responsible for paying With This Favor for the amount required for set-up fees. With This Favor will not process any order until the set-up fees are paid in full.**
For items that can melt, including candles and edibles items, please use your best judgement when choosing your shipping options. With This Favor, during the hotter months of April-September, recommends expedited shipping to circumvent the risk of melting.
With This Favor does not assume any risk or responsibility for melted items.
Due to each country's laws and taxes being different, the destination country's Duties and Taxes are not charged by With This Favor and will be due at time of delivery.
If you have any questions regarding these duties and taxes for your country, try searching Google for "customs duties and taxes for _______" (insert your country in the blank) or by calling UPS or FedEx.
If the customer has entered incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs that are incurred by our carrier, as well as all costs by the carrier or wholesaler to ship the order again to the correct address.
*Please note: If the customer has entered incorrect shipping information, the carrier will return the product to the original shipping site. The products the customer ordered will then be inspected to ensure no damages and that all products were sent back. The customer will then be provided a refund by With This Favor, which will include the full cost of the product (if not personalized). The cost to ship the original order to the incorrect address will be deducted from the full cost of the order, as well as the cost to send the original order back to the orginal shipping site.

If you receive a damaged item from With This Favor, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original invoice number within 2 business days of receipt of your delivery (as confirmed by the shipping carrier for your order--for example, UPS, FedEx or USPS). Our policy is to address each case individually and determine how/if we will send out a replacement at no charge. We will only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order. ALL CUSTOMERS must provide (2) digital pictures of the damaged items by email to email@example.com within (2) business days of receiving your items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. With This Favor will not be held responsible for products entered incorrectly by the customer. No personalization changes will be accepted after (2) business days of the customer placing the order.
Personalized glass favors cannot be replaced if damaged during shipment (due to our carriers), but With This Favor will offer a credit (refund) to you for those broken items. The customer will have to provide proof of damage by sending With This Favor digital pictures of the broken items via email.
***Please note: With This Favor will not refund, exchange or replace any items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling.***
U.S. and Canada Orders
With This Favor is proud to carry only top of the line items for our customers. Please inspect your order thoroughly when you receive it to make sure it meets all your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your order, are missing any elements of your order, or would like to return your purchased items for ANY reason, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receipt of delivery (as confirmed by the shipping carrier for your order--for example: UPS, FedEx, or USPS). With This Favor will be happy to exchange the item or refund the purchase price (excluding personalized items, edible items, and item numbers that begin with "CC") as long as the item is in it's original condition and packaging. The item MUST be shipped back to the address With This Favor provides. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent back within 2 weeks of authorization, as shown by UPS or USPS tracking. Unauthorized returns will not be credited.
Please note that With This Favor is not responsible for any costs of return shipment. Please return to the address listed on the packing slip. With This Favor is not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong location. If packages are shipped to our sales location and not to the proper location listed on the packing slip, the costs of shipping to the correct location will be deducted from the refund. We also are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, so please choose a shipper that provides a tracking number for your tracking purposes. Any items that are returned without the approval of With This Favor will not be refunded or returned to the customer. Orders that received free shipping will be credited the total amount minus our costs incurred to ship the order originally.
*With This Favor will not refund, exchange or replace any items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling or for any item that has been used or set out for any event. It is the customer's responsibility to check their order for all contents within 2 business days of receiving their shipment.
