If you receive a damaged item from With This Favor, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com with your original invoice number within 2 business days of receipt of your delivery (as confirmed by the shipping carrier for your order--for example, UPS, FedEx or USPS). Our policy is to address each case individually and determine how/if we will send out a replacement at no charge. We will only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order. ALL CUSTOMERS must provide (2) digital pictures of the damaged items by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within (2) business days of receiving your items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. With This Favor will not be held responsible for products entered incorrectly by the customer. No personalization changes will be accepted after (2) business days of the customer placing the order.
Personalized glass favors cannot be replaced if damaged during shipment (due to our carriers), but With This Favor will offer a credit (refund) to you for those broken items. The customer will have to provide proof of damage by sending With This Favor digital pictures of the broken items via email.
***Please note: With This Favor will not refund, exchange or replace any items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling.***
