All personalization orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double-check order when purchasing personalized items. We are not responsible for orders entered incorrectly by the customer. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. No personalization changes will be accepted after (2) business days of the customer placing the order. Please refer to With This Favor's policy on damaged orders.
