6:15am- Girls arrive at STC
6:30am- Girls make up and hair starts
7:00am- Breakfast for Girls
8:00am- Jeremy and guys arrive, put up lanterns over head table
9:00am- Pictures of Guys (Jeremy’s family needs to be here by then)
10:00am- Pictures for Girls
10:30am- Jeremy starts seating people
11:00am- Ceremony Starts
11:30am- Cocktail hour inside, Jeremy and Jessica start pictures
12:05pm- DJ introduces Jessica and Jeremy as couple and first dance begins
12:15pm- Lunch
1:15pm- Toasts
1:30pm- Cake cutting
1:35pm- Dancing
2:00pm- Special Dances (Mother/Daughter followed by Son/Mother)
3:30 or 3:45pm- Last dance
4:00pm- End

6:30am- Wake up, shower, and dress
8:30am- Leave the Bed & Breakfast for hair salon
9:00am- Arrive at salon for hair appointments
10:00am- Deliveries can be made to reception (cake, DJ equipment, dance floor, etc.)
10:15am- Hair finished and leave for salon for reception
10:40am- Bride/BMs arrive at reception to help set up
11:40am- Bride/BMs leave reception and go back to B & B
12:00pm- Makeup artist arrives at B & B; begin makeup and getting dressed; eat lunch
1:00pm- Photographer arrives at B & B
2:00pm- Bride and Groom begin taking pre-ceremony pictures; ceremony chairs are delivered to park
3:00-3:15pm- Wedding party needs to be assembled and ready to walk down aisle
3:30pm- Ceremony begins
3:50~4:00pm- Ceremony ends; begin taking formal pictures
4:30pm- Ceremony chairs are picked up
5:00pm- Cocktail hour begins at reception; bridal party finishes up pictures and heads to reception; bridal
party mingles/greets guests during cocktail hour
6:00 or 6:30pm- Dinner begins
8:00pm- Cake cutting
9:00pm- Photographer leaves
10:00pm- Reception ends !!
